Skillbase Group is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer to design scalable analytics-ready data platforms in a modern, cloud-based environment in Belgium. You will build end-to-end data pipelines, implement medallion architecture, and create robust data models for BI and analytics.

The role focuses on ELT transformations with dbt, advanced SQL, Spark/PySpark, and strong Git/CI/CD practices in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric and dbt.
• Advanced SQL and solid Spark/PySpark skills.
• Experience with ELT, data modeling, and modern data warehousing.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to own solutions end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric (Data Engineering, Data Factory, OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouses).
• Develop ELT transformations with dbt (models, testing, documentation, lineage).
• Implement medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
• Create robust data models (facts, dimensions, marts) for BI and analytics.
• Work with diverse data sources (APIs, databases, SaaS platforms).
• Ensure data governance, security, and CI/CD best practices.
