Degetel is seeking a Data Engineer to join a key client project. You will design, build and maintain scalable analytics data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, DBT and modern data tooling.

Strong data governance and security practices are required, with a focus on ELT, warehousing and end-to-end data pipelines. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience, a IT/Data degree, and fluency in English with French or Dutch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Data Engineer + Degree in IT or Data.
• Technical expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Fabric Data Engineering, Lakehouse and Warehouses, OneLake, and DBT.
• Proficiency in SQL and Spark; Git and CI/CD experience.
• AI experience is a plus; fluent in English plus French or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, document and maintain end-to-end data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric (Data Engineering, Data Factory, OneLake, Lakehouse, and Warehouses).
• Develop and manage ELT transformations using DBT.
• Build robust, analytics-ready data models.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control for data solutions.
• Ensure strong data governance, security, and access control.

Your mission

As a Data Engineer with experience in Microsoft Fabric and DBT, you'll design, build, maintain scalable, analytics data platforms.

• Design, build, document and maintain end-to-end data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric (Data Engineering, Data Factory, OneLake, Lakehouse, and Warehouses).
