Job summary

Ayesa Digital is seeking a Data Analyst to join a dynamic data and knowledge management environment in Brussels/Berlin region? The role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, policy monitoring, and BI initiatives.

You will work at the intersection of data analytics, business analysis, and reporting, helping stakeholders make informed decisions through data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business analysis, information systems, or related IT environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English or French (minimum B2 level).
• Strong knowledge of data analysis, data management, and business intelligence concepts.
• Experience collecting, processing, structuring, and analysing data from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports using data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or similar solutions.
• Understanding of business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process modelling, user stories, and use cases.
• Experience working with collaboration and documentation platforms such as Confluence and SharePoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience translating business needs into practical analytical and reporting solutions.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English or French (minimum B2 level according to CEFR).
