What can you expect from this challenging role?

As a Data Analyst within the Aftermarket department, you will collect, analyze, and visualize data related to spare parts sales, inventory, service performance, and business operations. Your insights will help stakeholders identify opportunities, monitor performance, and support strategic decision-making.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Collect, cleanse, and analyze data from various aftermarket systems and data sources.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within sales, inventory, service, and operational data.
• Translate complex datasets into clear and actionable business insights.
• Support data-driven decision-making across the Aftermarket organization.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Monitor and report on key business KPIs.
• Create impactful visualizations that help stakeholders quickly understand business performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports.

Business Intelligence & Process Improvement

• Support the continuous improvement of reporting processes and data quality.
• Help automate recurring reports and analytical processes.
• Contribute to the development of standardized reporting frameworks and KPI structures.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through data and analytics.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with colleagues from Aftermarket, Parts Sales, Service, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and understandable way.
• Support strategic and operational projects with data analysis and performance tracking.
