Darwind is seeking a Data Analyst to transform raw numbers from IT systems and applications into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organisation. You will build dashboards, run analyses, and partner with data engineering to improve pipelines.

The role requires 4+ years in IT data analytics, strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik). Dutch is preferred, French is a plus, and the team values autonomy and growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in data science or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst in an IT environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and handling large, complex data sets.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
• Knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
• Ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

What you will do

As Data Analyst, you'll turn data from IT systems and business applications into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the organisation. Concretely, you will:

• Collect, clean and structure data from IT systems, applications and databases
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik
• Analyse IT service usage, system performance and cost data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Write and optimise SQL queries to extract and combine data from multiple sources
• Translate business questions into data driven answers for IT and business stakeholders
• Support the development of ETL processes and data pipelines together with data engineering colleagues
• Validate data quality and flag inconsistencies before they reach decision makers
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable way to both technical and non technical audiences
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting standards and data governance practices

Who you are
