Darwind is seeking a Data Analyst to transform raw numbers from IT systems and applications into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organisation. You will build dashboards, run analyses, and partner with data engineering to improve pipelines.

The role requires 4+ years in IT data analytics, strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik). Dutch is preferred, French is a plus, and the team values autonomy and growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in data science or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst in an IT environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and handling large, complex data sets.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
• Knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
• Ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Turn data from IT systems and business applications into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or Qlik).
• Analyze IT service usage, system performance and cost data to identify trends and improvements.
• Write and optimise SQL queries to extract data from multiple sources.
• Translate business questions into data-driven answers for IT and business teams.
• Support ETL processes and data pipelines with data engineering colleagues.
• Validate data quality and flag inconsistencies before decision-makers.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to data governance and reporting standards.
