Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Data Analyst for its Data & AI team in Belgium. You will design and maintain SQL-based ETL pipelines, apply data quality checks, and leverage Python and Databricks to scale data processes.

You will build BI dashboards and collaborate with stakeholders to turn insights into decisions. The role requires 2–5 years of experience, English plus Dutch or French, and a collaborative mindset in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in data analytics or similar roles.
• Strong SQL experience for querying, transforming, and modeling data.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines (e.g., dbt).
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms is an asset.
• Experience with BI tools to build dashboards and reporting.
• Ability to translate data into business insights.
• Excellent communication with both business and technical audiences.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain SQL-based ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Apply data quality and lineage checks on large datasets.
• Use Python and Databricks to automate data processes.
• Convert business questions into analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards and self-serve reporting (Power BI, Tableau).
• Partner with stakeholders to translate findings into decisions.
• Present findings and iterate analyses based on feedback from stakeholders.
