Leonardo Belgium's Cyber & Security Division is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer with cybersecurity expertise to bridge business development and delivery, supporting complex bids and engaging with institutional clients.

The role is primarily technical (about 60% tech / 40% client interaction) and requires hands-on ability to translate customer needs into high-level security solutions while collaborating with Sales, Product Management, Delivery, and Engineering teams in Brussels.

Qualifications

3+ years in a pre-sales/technical account role or similar.
Background in cybersecurity architectures or security solutions.
Experience contributing to technical proposals, bids or tender responses.

Responsabilités

Act as a technical reference during client engagements to support positioning of cybersecurity solutions.
Conduct technical presentations, demos, workshops, and co-design sessions with stakeholders.
Manage technical interactions with EU institutions, NATO, and Space stakeholders.
Translate customer requirements into structured, high-level technical solution approaches.
Contribute to RFIs, RFQs and public tenders, shaping the technical sections of proposals.
Design high-level cybersecurity architectures and solution concepts across domains.
Prepare technical documentation, solution outlines, BOMs, and high-level architectures.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Delivery, Engineering and Architecture teams.
Monitor market trends and evolve the Cyber & Security portfolio.
