Job summary

SecWise in Belgium is seeking a Cyber Success Manager to act as a trusted advisor for managed security customers. You will translate insights into actionable recommendations, guide security initiatives, and ensure customers maximize value from their SecWise partnership.

With a blend of cybersecurity expertise and strategic thinking, you will strengthen customers' security posture, manage stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes across security programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between SecWise and customer stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships and guide customers on their cybersecurity journey.
• Lead security programs and drive the successful adoption of security improvements.
• Translate SOC findings and technical insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and opportunities to strengthen security resilience.
• Facilitate customer review meetings, security debriefs, and roadmap discussions.
• Work closely with Cloud SOC engineers, analysts, and security consultants to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of SecWise services and best practices.

You help organizations strengthen their security posture by translating technical insights into clear recommendations, guiding security initiatives, and ensuring they get the maximum value from their partnership with SecWise.

Combining cybersecurity expertise, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder management, you help customers become more resilient against today's and tomorrow's cyber threats.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary point of contact between SecWise and customer stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Experience in a customer-facing cybersecurity role, such as Security Consultant, Security Advisor, Customer Success Manager, or similar.
• A strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, SOC services, risk management, and security architecture.
• The ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset, ownership mentality, and customer-first attitude.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
