Metagenics, Inc. is looking for a Strategic Cyber Security Advisor to help organizations shape their security strategy and manage cyber risks. You will build and implement a security roadmap aligned with business objectives and advise stakeholders across the organization.

You translate business objectives into a clear, actionable long‐term security roadmap and guide stakeholders in building resilience against evolving cyber risks. Combining strategic insight, governance expertise, and pragmatic guidance, you ensure that security becomes an integrated and natural part of their operations. **Your responsibilities*** Build and implement a security strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.* Perform risk assessments and help customers reduce risks in a practical way.* Strengthen their security culture through awareness and exercises.* Support security operations by advising on monitoring, incident handling, and tooling.* Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.* Communicate clearly with stakeholders, from IT teams to C‐level.**Who you are** You think strategically, communicate clearly, and feel confident advising different stakeholders. You understand security frameworks, risk management, and the typical challenges organizations face. Project oversight comes naturally to you. Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISSP, CISM, NIS2 or DORA credentials are a plus.
