Erecruiter is seeking a Project Manager to own delivery from initiation to completion within time, budget and scope constraints. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure CX standards are respected throughout the project lifecycle.

You will lead planning, risk management and team motivation, while driving continuous improvements and customer-focused outcomes. This role offers hybrid work and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering large‑scale projects with internal and external teams.
• Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and Trello for planning and tracking.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong KPI analytics and risk management capabilities.
• Fluent English and French or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Manage the complete lifecycle of large‑scale projects to ensure on‑time delivery and quality.
• Develop a Project Management Plan covering organization, schedules, budget, risk, and quality.
• Lead and motivate project teams, aligning CX goals.
• Manage stakeholder engagement with regular communications and updates.
• Develop a change/transition plan ensuring smooth post‑implementation transition.
• Track progress and report against plan, requirements, and milestones.
• Build a business case when required for project delivery.
