Pluxee in Brussels is seeking a CX Expert to own end-to-end experience transformation, drive digital adoption, and improve onboarding and in-life journeys. You deeply understand client and advisor experiences, identify frictions, and guide IT and marketing toward value-driven solutions that maximize usability and adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a CX-focused role, ideally in B2B or B2C service industries.
• Proven track record of leading or contributing to CX transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Continuously improve digital and service experiences by identifying frictions and implementing enhancements.
• Identify pain points across end-to-end customer journeys using data and feedback analytics.
• Guide IT and Product Managers to deliver optimal CX solutions and KPIs.
