This role combines training delivery, coaching and learning programme development to support employee growth and operational excellence.

The position involves partnering with management to identify training needs, creating learning content, delivering sessions and coaching customer service professionals across the organisation.

• Deliver engaging training sessions for both new hires and existing employees.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements where needed.
• Maintain training records and monitor employee learning progress.
• Provide individual coaching and ongoing support to customer service professionals.
• Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives across the organisation.
• Research and introduce modern training methodologies and best practices.
• Contribute to various projects related to employee development and organisational learning.
• Travel occasionally to other company sites to facilitate training sessions.
