Jobtailor in Belgium is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to own the full recruitment cycle for our Customer Success team, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offers.

You will actively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Metaview, conduct initial interviews focused on motivation and culture fit, build and maintain talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers while enhancing employer branding through job content, career pages, and social posts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offers.
• Ability to source candidates through professional networks and platforms.
• Experience building talent pipelines and employer branding activities.

Responsabilités

• Manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offers
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Metaview, and other channels
• Conduct first interviews focused on motivation, potential, and culture fit
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future Customer Success roles
• Partner with hiring managers and keep them informed throughout the hiring process
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including job content, career pages, and social media posts
• Take primary ownership of hiring for the Customer Success team while supporting other teams as needed
