Nestlé S.A. in Brussels is seeking a motivated Customer Solutions Intern to join the Supply Chain team for a 6-month paid internship starting January 2027.

You will support the customer solutions team to ensure excellent customer experience for key customers and gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to digitalization and process improvement, monitor service performance, and help manage portfolios while

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or has a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French with professional English.
• Interested in transformation and change environments.
• Desire to develop long-term relationships with customers.

Responsabilités

• Support the Order-to-Cash process from entry to invoicing.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers on orders, deliveries, invoicing and related topics.
• Monitor order execution and resolve issues impacting customer service.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Supply Planning, Master Data, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and SSC.
• Contribute to digitalization and continuous improvement projects in Customer Solutions.
• Assist in analyzing service performance via dashboards and KPIs.
• Assist in managing specific customer portfolios to ensure high service levels.
• Participate in problem-solving and root-cause analysis to improve operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and SLAs.
• Work across multiple product categories and customer channels.
