Nestlé S.A. in Brussels offers a 6‑month paid internship within the Supply Chain – Demand & Supply Planning (DSP) Team. You will participate in daily DSP operations for Nestlé Waters, with homeworking and a March 2027 start.

The role includes pallet management, SAP data work, KPI analysis, and cross‑functional process improvements. You’ll be fluent in English with extra points for Dutch or French, pursuing a relevant degree, and bringing strong analytical and digital tools skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Dutch or French a plus.
• Pursuing a degree in Economics/Business Administration or Engineering, ideally with a Supply Chain specialization.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for cross‑functional work.
• Affinity with digital tools (SAP, Excel, Power BI).
• Structured, autonomous, and able to own projects from analysis to implementation.
• Dynamic, curious, and able to challenge existing ways constructively.

Responsabilités

• Follow up on pallet management and root-cause analysis.
• Clean SKU and master data in SAP.
• Back up the DSP team during peak periods for a defined product portfolio.
• Support weekly routines: returnable glass management, KPI updates, stock management.
• Improve, standardize and document processes; communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Improve copacking flow.
• Communicate updates to key contacts (Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics).

Position Summary

As part of the Supply Chain – Demand & Supply Planning (DSP) Team – you will actively participate to the daily operations of Nestlé Waters for a 6-month paid internship.

Your Responsibilities:

• Follow-up on pallet management (LPR/CHEP/Europallets) including analysis of discrepancies, root causes, and implementation of corrective actions.
• SKU and master data cleaning activities in SAP
• Assure limited and well‑defined backup of the DSP team during peak periods or holidays on a specific portfolio of products.
• Support the DSP team in selected weekly routines: returnable glass management, KPI update & analysis, stock management
• Improve, standardize, and document processes, and communicate updated information to key stakeholders (Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics).
• Improve copacking flow
• Communicate updated information to key contacts (Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics…).

What will make you successful?

• You are Fluent in English. Dutch and or French are a plus
• You have obtained or are currently pursuing a degree in Economics Business Administration, Engineering or a related field, ideally with a Specialization in Supply Chain
• You have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and enjoy working on complex, cross‑functional topics.
• You have affinity with digital tools (SAP, Excel, Power BI).
• You are structured, autonomous, and able to take ownership of projects from analysis to implementation.
• You are dynamic, curious, and not afraid to challenge existing ways of working in a constructive manner.
