Page Personnel in Belgium is seeking a Customer Service & Dispatcher to act as the key link between customers and field technicians. You will manage customer interactions, coordinate service appointments, and ensure smooth planning of technical interventions.

You will play a central role in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining an efficient schedule for the technical team, with emphasis on bilingual communication in French and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Listen to customer issues, service requests, and technical concerns.
• Provide first-level advice and guidance when appropriate.
• Proactively contact customers to schedule maintenance visits and service appointments.
• Coordinate and dispatch field technicians efficiently.
• Manage and optimize technicians' schedules based on priorities and service requirements.
• Monitor and follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and update information in internal systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
• Deliver a positive customer experience, even in urgent or high-pressure situations.
