Job summary

Bleckmann Belgium is seeking a Transport Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end onboarding of new customers and carriers from a transport perspective. You will coordinate multi-department projects to ensure smooth transitions into daily operations, delivering high-quality results.

The role requires hands-on initiative, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in logistics. Hybrid work model and competitive benefits are offered to support growth and collaboration.

• Experience in project management with proven delivery on time/budget.
• Affinity with or experience in transport or logistics sector.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for new customers and carriers within timelines and budgets.
• Create, manage and monitor project plans with departments (Transport, IT, Warehousing, Finance, Customs).
• Analyze SLAs and operational requirements; propose improvements.
• Oversee full implementation lifecycle from prep to go-live; document and train.
• Set up carrier accounts and ensure proper validation.
• Identify risks and follow up on challenges in projects.
• Serve as primary contact for customers during onboarding.
• Ensure smooth handover to operational teams after implementation.

Ready to join us?Your challengeAs a Transport Implementation Specialist, you are responsible for the end-to-end onboarding process of new customers and carriers from a transport perspective. You ensure a smooth transition into daily operations and deliver an excellent customer experience by successfully coordinating various implementation projects and multidisciplinary teams.You act as the key link between customers, transport partners, and internal departments, ensuring that every implementation is delivered efficiently, with high quality, and according to plan.Your responsibilitiesCoordinate the complete onboarding process for new customers and carriers within agreed timelines and budgets.Create, manage, and monitor project plans in collaboration with various departments, including Transport, IT, Warehousing, Finance, and Customs.Analyze SLAs and operational requirements and propose improvements where needed.Manage the full implementation lifecycle, from preparation and testing to documentation and go-live.Set up and configure carrier accounts and ensure proper validation.Identify and follow up on risks and challenges throughout implementation projects.Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process.Ensure clear and effective communication between all stakeholders.Support a smooth handover to operational teams after implementation.Your profileYou have experience in project management and are able to successfully deliver projects within agreed deadlines and budgets.You have an affinity with or experience in the transport or logistics sector.You possess strong organizational skills and can effortlessly manage multiple priorities simultaneously.You communicate confidently and professionally with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.You work accurately and have strong problem-solving skills.You take initiative and have a hands-on mentality.You easily build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers and partners.You have a good knowledge of MS Office.What do we offer?At Bleckmann, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
