Kuehne+Nagel Geel is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the vital link between customers and logistics operations. You will manage customer-related activities and deliver excellent service to meet their needs.

Responsabilités

• Identify and address operational or logistical issues and manage escalations as needed.
• Collect and analyze data related to customer satisfaction, order performance, and KPIs; report findings and suggest improvements.

As a Customer Service Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you are the key link between our customers and our logistics operations. You are responsible for managing customer-related activities and providing excellent service to meet our customers’ needs.

How you create impact

• You act as the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to inquiries, providing solutions to issues, and ensuring smooth communication between the customer and internal teams;
• You handle the entire process from order entry to delivery, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and completed within the set deadlines;
• You identify and address any operational or logistical issues that arise during the process, proactively seeking solutions and managing escalations when necessary;
• You collect and analyze data related to customer satisfaction, order performance, and other relevant KPIs, regularly reporting findings and making recommendations for improvement;
• You work closely with internal departments such as transport, warehousing, and planning to provide seamless and efficient service to our customers.
