You’ll manage a small team, upsell to customers, give tours, and ensure every guest leaves as a brand ambassador for IWG. A passion for customer focus and resilience will help you thrive in our fast-growing global organisation.

• Experience delivering against targets in a small, close-knit team.
• Experience running a flexible workspace centre or other high customer-focus site.
