IWG plc invites applications for the Customer Services Manager role at our Diegem (Belgium) centre. You will oversee the centre's performance, manage on-site operations, and empower your team to deliver exceptional service while building relationships with customers.

You will also lead by example, upsell to clients, and host tours for prospects, turning visitors into ambassadors for the IWG brand. Autonomy and resources will support you to run the centre like your own business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team and delivering against targets.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment such as a store, restaurant, or flexible workspace.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage all on-site operations and address challenges to keep the centre running smoothly.
• Give tours to prospective customers to showcase the space and offerings.
• Upsell to existing customers and maximise centre performance.
• Ensure customers receive world-class service and build lasting relationships.
