LIZY is redefining car leasing in Europe with a customer-first approach. We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Care associate to own care processes, resolve issues, and drive improvements in a fast-growing digital company. You’ll engage with customers and cross-functional teams to enhance our service quality.

Fluency in French, Dutch, and English is essential. A hands-on, growth-minded attitude and passion for cars are a plus as you help us scale with customer happiness at the core.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a care-related role at a leading digital company (scale-up).
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
• Nice to have: passion for cars.

Responsabilités

• You are the first point of contact for customers and help them through their issues, search for timelines and customer-focused solutions.
• Own care processes, drive improvements, and work on automations where possible.
• Build relationships with customers and go beyond issue resolution to improve our value offering.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties; manage stakeholders to enhance Lizy services.
