Odoo is seeking a Junior Project Manager to oversee large customer Odoo implementation projects across Europe. You will work directly with clients and a team of Business Analysts and Developers to ensure delivery on time and on budget, while coordinating with stakeholders and steering committees.

You will gain exposure to the MMC department, participate in strategic projects for mid-market and corporate clients, and develop your skills in project governance, risk management and functional

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in IT project management.
• Fluent in Dutch & English; French is a plus.
• Strong business knowledge and analytical skills.
• Fast learner, able to multitask and manage priorities.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Autonomous, assertive and proactive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Project Management (80%): design the implementation plan, organize and guide your team of Business Analysts, monitor timelines, quality and budget, and report to stakeholders.
• Apply governance and best practices to ensure high-quality outcomes and track budget estimates vs actuals.
• Define workloads, manage backlogs, and prioritize tasks across project phases; identify risks and coordinate mitigation plans.
• Keep clients informed through reports and steering committee updates; oversee full project lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Internal improvement (20%): provide feedback to Product Owners, participate in coaching and training, and drive departmental improvements.
