Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Advise and assist customers with the use of their company vehicles.
• Ensure efficient fleet management processes with HR and purchasing.
• Perform quality checks on the general database.
• Communicate daily with drivers through email and telephone.
• Report findings to the Team Leader for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• You advise and assist customers with all their questions about the use of their company vehicles;
• You work closely with the HR and purchasing departments to ensure that fleet management processes run as efficiently and optimally as possible;
• You perform quality checks on the general database;
• You actively bring our customer's car policy to the attention of drivers;
• You are responsible for daily communication with drivers, both by email and telephone;
• You report directly to the Team Leader and share findings for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Possesses excellent administrative skills;
• Has recently graduated in a relevant field of study or has gained some work experience;
• An affinity with the fleet world is an advantage, but not a requirement;
• Quickly masters new IT software and applications;
• Is fluent in Dutch and can express themselves well in French and English;
• Is action-oriented, can work independently, and has a proactive attitude;
• Is sociable and approachable, with a sparkling personality;
• Communicates clearly and purposefully;
• Remains calm under pressure;
• Works well in a team;
• Pays genuine attention to customers, every day.
