Job summary

NES Fircroft seeks a Contract Administrator to support an EPC project stationed in Lillo, Belgium. The role sits within the Client CSU Commercial organisation and involves assisting CSU Contract Managers and Procurement Managers across project pillars.

Key duties include reviewing timesheets and payment requests, drafting PPCs, verifying invoices, and coordinating SAP-related processes. The position requires accuracy, collaboration, and onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Contract administration experience on EPC projects is required.
• Ability to coordinate with CSU Contract and Procurement teams.
• Proactive in reviewing rates, hours and invoices to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review timesheets and verify payment requests against rates and hours.
• Prepare and draft PPCs for approvals.
• Verify invoices and support the invoice approval process.
• Coordinate with P2P on SAP-related matters.
• Support benchmarking and price analysis activities.
• Review price escalation requests and advise on implications.
• Provide back-up support to CSU QS when needed.

Job description

We are looking for a Contract Administrator who will be contracted through EPC but will be based in Lillo on the Project site.

This position will be embedded in the Client CSU Commercial organisation. The consultant will be supporting the CSU Contract Managers and Procurement Managers across the various project pillars.

Key activities include:

• Review of timesheets
• Review of payment requests including verification of rates and manhours
• Preparation of draft PPCs
• Verification of invoices and facilitation of the invoice approval process
• Coordination with P2P on SAP related matters
• Support with benchmarking and price analysis
• Review and assessment of price escalation requests
• Provide back-up to the current QS for CSU, if required
