JobKitchen in Brussels is seeking a full-time Crewing and Dispatch Assistant to join the Crewing and Dispatch Department. The role includes front desk tasks (check-in/check-out), updating the crew list, and monitoring train delays.

You will be responsible for crew allocation, dispatch, and maintaining essential databases and systems. Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Dutch or French, with strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Access) and a calm, organized approach to working under

Formación

• Fluency in English and Dutch or French.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work with numbers.

Responsabilidades

• Front desk shift work.
• Crew allocation.
• Update of computer systems.
• Dispatch of crews.
• Control of on-board equipment.
• Forecast passenger figures and place orders with the CAV for all food, drink and equipment requirements.
• Maintain a database of passenger figures for forecasting purposes, stock movements, top up orders and special meal requests.
• Study reports of the previous day’s journey, and feedback relevant information to crews as required.
• Prepare information for the following day’s crews on loading and any special events.
