egg is seeking a senior creative leader to guide teams, elevate concepts and win pitches across global brands. You’ll shape creative output, balance bold ideas with commercial realities, and present with confidence to clients.

You’ll champion AI, emerging tech and new ways of working to push ideas further while maintaining quality and delivery. Brussels-based or UK/Paris options are supported with hybrid work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading creative concepts in B2B events or agency environments.
• Proven experience presenting ideas to senior clients and defending recommendations.
• Strong understanding of event experiences, storytelling, design and audience engagement.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools and interest in tech transforming work.
• Fluent English with outstanding communication; French is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Shape and elevate egg's creative output, working with the Chief Event Experience Officer and teams.
• Lead development of winning concepts and creative strategies for pitches and major events.
• Act as a senior client-facing representative of egg's creative vision with credibility.
• Inspire and develop the creative team, fostering collaboration, innovation and excellence.
• Drive alignment between Creative, Experience, Production and Project teams.
• Champion AI and innovative approaches to strengthen work and competitive advantage.
