egg is seeking a Technical Event Producer to design innovative live, hybrid and virtual event solutions. You will lead technical planning, create production documentation, and coordinate with PMs, creative teams, clients and suppliers throughout the event lifecycle.

You will also source and manage AV partners, oversee on-site delivery, and drive improvements in tools, processes, and AI-enabled workflows. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in technical event production, audiovisual production or live event operations.
• Experience designing technical solutions and producing production plans.
• Ability to read and create technical drawings using tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD or equivalent software.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Excel, with interest in AI and process automation.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and French.

• Lead technical planning and preparation, including production documentation, venue layouts, equipment specifications and risk assessment.
• Act as the technical bridge between Project Managers, Creative teams, clients and suppliers throughout the event lifecycle.
• Source, brief and manage audiovisual and production partners, ensuring quality, reliability and cost efficiency.
• Oversee technical delivery on-site, including installation, live operation and dismantling, while resolving challenges in real time.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of production tools, processes, technology standards and AI-enabled ways of working.

What You’ll Bring

Experience & Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in technical event production, audiovisual production or live event operations
• Strong understanding of multiple technical disciplines including audiovisual, lighting, video, streaming, networking, rigging and event infrastructure
• Experience designing technical solutions and producing technical documentation, drawings and production plans
• Ability to read and create technical drawings using tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD or equivalent software
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Excel, combined with a genuine interest in technology, AI and process automation
• Fluent in spoken and written English and French
