Job summary

AB InBev in Belgium seeks a Country Controller/Control Manager to own financial reporting and control activities for the Belgian business. You will work with Finance, Accounting, BSC and auditors to ensure accurate year-end and external reporting; lead projects to strengthen processes and standardise controls.

You will combine accounting expertise with stakeholder management, supporting local operations while upholding BEGAAP and IFRS standards. English and Dutch (or French) fluency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with 3–5 years’ experience.
• Strong knowledge of BEGAAP and/or IFRS; analytical, proactive with stakeholder influence.
• Fluency in English and Dutch and/or French; SAP/Cognos/Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate monthly and quarterly financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, CAPEX).
• Review and sign off on variance analyses and challenge results with the BSC accounting team.
• Analyse figures with tools such as Cognos, ZBB, SCFD and BI.
• Coordinate month-, quarter-, year-end closing for Belgium.
• Oversee BEGAAP/IFRS accounting and BEGAAP compliance.
• Lead finance projects to strengthen processes and control standards.
