Job summary

AB InBev seeks a Control Manager/Country Controller to ensure accurate monthly and quarterly financial reporting for Belgium. You will oversee BEGAAP/IFRS compliance, sign off analyses, and partner with BSC, Zone Finance and auditors to strengthen controls.

You will drive end-to-end closing processes, challenge results, and lead process improvements across accounting and reporting teams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting, controlling, audit or financial reporting experience.
• Knowledge of BEGAAP and/or IFRS.
• Fluency in English and Dutch and/or French.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate monthly and quarterly financial reporting including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, BEGAAP/IFRS-compliant results.
• Coordinate month-end, quarterly and year-end closing with BSC and business teams.
• Oversee BEGAAP/IFRS compliance, sign off on analyses and liaise with auditors.
• Lead process improvements and standardisation of accounting and reporting across Belgium.
