Zusammenfassung

NN is seeking an Expert Underwriter Property to shape and grow our property portfolio for entrepreneurs and self-employed clients. You will own product development and underwriting, bridging Product Management with operations to drive underwriting quality and business growth.

You will analyze risks, collaborate with brokers and the production team, and stay ahead of market trends while sharing expertise across Sales and Claims.

Qualifikationen

Solid knowledge of Property insurance within the business segment.
Experience as an underwriter in Property for 2+ years.

Aufgaben

Develop and improve Property products for small businesses and self-employed clients.
Bridge between Product Management and operations to translate insights into product improvements.
Analyze, assess and accept risks within Property to ensure sound underwriting decisions.
Collaborate with the production team to maintain aligned underwriting approaches.
Build and maintain relationships with brokers and clients as a trusted partner.
Stay updated with market developments and continuously invest in expertise.
Support colleagues in complex cases and share knowledge with Sales, Claims, Policy Management and other partners.
