NN is looking for a Junior Product Manager to shape products for small businesses and self-employed clients. You will learn quickly, participate in end-to-end product development, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value.

The role emphasizes building insurance knowledge, market analysis, and cross-functional coordination while developing your expertise and career within NN in Brussels.

Qualifications

• Solid foundational knowledge of business insurance (Property, Motor, Liability, Business Interruption, Accident and Electronics) or eagerness to develop this expertise.
• Preferably around 2 years of product management or related insurance experience.
• Analytical thinking with a customer-focused mindset and initiative.
• Clear communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Fluency in Dutch with good French and English knowledge.
• Willingness to learn, teamwork, and adaptability.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, law, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support team in developing and optimizing products and services for small businesses and self-employed clients.
• Contribute to the full product development lifecycle from concept to launch with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and translate them into new product ideas with experienced colleagues.
• Help define product positioning across markets and distribution channels.
• Analyze market data and customer insights to support well-founded decisions.
• Assist in monitoring product profitability and propose improvements.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and learn to position products effectively.
