Qualifications

To support the continued growth of its Antwerp office, our client is looking to recruit a Corporate M&A Lawyer (m/f/x) with between 1 and 6 years of experience.

The required profile for the Corporate M&A Lawyer (m/f/x) position :

• Master's degree in Law ; an additional master in Corporate law is a strong asset.
• Between 1 and 6 years of experience as a lawyer in Corporate/M&A.
• Strong interest in transactional work and business law.
• Dutch native (or equivalent) with an excellent command of English and a good command of French
• Commercial awareness and genuine interest in understanding clients' businesses.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, hands-on, client-oriented and problem-solving attitude.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
