Robert Half Talent Acquisitions is currently looking for a Junior Lawyer Employment Law (m/f/x) for a position based in Hasselt, Belgium. The role centres on employment law and HR-related matters, with a Dutch-speaking focus and collaboration within a leading Belgian practice.

The successful candidate will work on Belgian and international matters, supporting senior lawyers, and developing expertise in employment and labour law through coaching and hands-on experience in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law.
• An additional qualification or specialisation in Employment Law or Social Law is a strong asset.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a lawyer in employment law or a related practice area.
• Strong interest in employment, labour and HR-related legal matters.
• Dutch native (or equivalent level); proficiency in English and French is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills.
• Client-oriented mindset with a pragmatic and solution-driven approach.
• Eager to learn and develop into a recognised employment law specialist.
• Team player with a collaborative attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
