GSK BeLux is seeking a Medical Affairs Manager COPD – Specialty & Respiratory to drive the medical strategy and ensure compliant scientific engagement for the COPD portfolio across BeLux. The role is office-based and collaborates with MSLs and cross-functional teams to translate evidence into local tactics and to support access discussions.

You will lead engagement with External Experts, ensure adherence to GSK policies, and contribute to local medical governance while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
• Postgraduate training in respiratory medicine is an asset.
• Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs.
• Experience with External Experts and cross-functional matrix environments.
• Ability to interpret and communicate evidence-based medicine.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Develop medical strategy for COPD portfolio in BeLux, including specialty & respiratory assets.
• Provide compliant scientific engagement and medical insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with MSLs and cross-functional teams across BeLux.
• Translate global evidence into locally relevant tactics and metrics.
• Plan compliant non-promotional medical activities and governance.
• Engage External Experts and build scientific relationships.
• Support medical governance forums and KPI tracking.
