Essity Belgium is seeking a Contract & Tender Representative for its Diegem office. You will support Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance, handling contracts and tender docs and ensuring accurate data across SAP and other systems. Communication in Dutch, French and English is essential.

You will report to the Contract & Tender Team Leader and gradually work autonomously while following established procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch, French and English.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with tenders is a plus.
• Understanding of business economics (ratios, percentages).
• Good knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
• Proactive, dynamic and accurate in work.
• Effective communication skills.
• Team player and flexible.

Responsabilités

• Manage contracts and tender documentation, including tracking input from stakeholders and preparing samples.
• Input data into databases and systems to keep customer records up-to-date and generate sales reports.
• Respond to routine internal and customer inquiries.
• Manage SAP Master Data (customers, pricing, products).
• Create and modify Excel reports; develop Salsa Report queries.
• Perform calculations to compile statistics.
• Provide system support for Essity systems, SAP, CRM Dynamics, and Servess IT ticketing.
• Communicate with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance in Dutch, French and English.

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and tender experience? For our office in Diegem, we’re looking for a Contrtact & Tender Representative North/South for our Business Unit Health & Medical.

About the Role

As a Contract & Tender Representative you will play a crucial role in supporting various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance. You will follow established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective administrative support, initially under supervision and gradually independently. In this role you will report to the Contract & Tender Team Leader.

What You Will Do

• Managing contracts and tender documentation, including tracking input from stakeholders and preparing samples.

• Inputting data into databases and computerized systems to keep customer records up-to-date and generate sales reports and statistics.

• Responding to routine internal and customer inquiries following established guidelines or checklists.

• Managing SAP Master Data, including customers, pricing, and products

• Creating and modifying Excel reports and developing new “Salsa Report” queries.

• Performing calculations to compile accurate statistics.

• Providing system support, including Essity developed systems, SAP, CRM Dynamics, and Servess I.T. support ticketing system.

• Communication with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing,and finance customers in both Dutch, French and English.

Who You Are

• Motivation and aspiration towards achieving a professional bachelor’s degree level of thinking and working are welcome.

• Minimum of 3 year of work experience.

• Excellent in Dutch, French and English, written and spoken.

• Excellent knowledge of Excel is required.

• Knowledge of SAP.

• Experience with tenders is a plus.

• Understanding of business economics f.e. working with ratios and percentages.

• Good knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.

• Proactive, dynamic and accurate in work.

• Effective communication skills.

• Team player and flexible.
