Deloitte Belgium is seeking a Consultant to strengthen our Public Financial projects. You will work with CFOs and business leaders on strategy, definition, and implementation across the public sector, including digital finance transformation and operating model changes.

The role focuses on advising and delivering improvements in finance processes, with exposure to cross-functional teams and client engagement across Belgium. Fluency in Dutch and English or French and English is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting or the Public Sector.
• Expertise in finance organization, controlling, processes, operating models, and finance tools.
• Experience with Anaplan, Pigment or any other EPM tool.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas and manage stakeholders.
• Ability to participate in large, cross-functional projects.
• Fluent in Dutch & English or French & English; knowledge of the other language is a plus.

You will support our client in a wide range of various projects in the Public Sector industry from strategy definition to implementation by:
