We are looking for a Consultant in Finance Transformation to join our team in Brussels and contribute to ambitious transformation programmes across a variety of industries and client environments.

What will you do?

As a Consultant, you will work at the intersection offinance, transformation, data and operational performance. You will help our clients understand complex challenges, structure solutions and turn recommendations into tangible results.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drive finance transformation and change programmes for large organisations, working across different industries and client contexts.
• Structure, govern and support the execution of complex projects, ensuring consistent practices, high-quality deliverables and robust financial data.
• Design and implement methodologies, frameworks and best practices adapted to each client's operational reality.
• Analyse finance and organisational processes, identify performance gaps and translate your findings into actionable recommendations for CFOs and finance management teams.
• Build data-driven reporting and dashboards that provide meaningful insights and support decision-making at different levels of the organisation.
• Work closely with stakeholders, identifying key actors, defining appropriate communication strategies and creating alignment across diverse teams.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks throughout transformation programmes.
• Take ownership of your development and client relationships, progressively expanding your contribution to AION's business and growth within our liberated structure.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who combinesanalytical rigour with an entrepreneurial and pragmatic mindset.

You are:

• Equipped with a Master's degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Experienced inbusiness analysis, data analytics, consulting or finance, with2-5 years of professional experience.
• Able to look beyond individual tasks, understand the broader operational context andturn data into actionable insights.
• Highly proficient inPower BI, including DAX coding and connections to SharePoint and SAS databases.
• Familiar withPrince2 or Agileproject management approaches.
• Experienced inwriting and optimising SQL queries in large-scale data environments; hands-on experience with tools such asDBeaver is a plus.
• Trilingual in French, Dutch and English, with C1/C2 proficiency across all three languages.
