EY Consulting in Belgium invites you to join a Digital Government team shaping public sector digital transformations. You will contribute from strategy, through data and process improvement, to change management, driving tangible public value with hands-on project delivery.

You will gain experience alongside seasoned professionals, focusing on governance, data analytics, and technology-driven innovations for citizens and institutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Background in Public Management, Public Administration, Business Engineering, Business Economics, Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics or Digital Innovation.
• Fluent professional Dutch; English and/or French are advantages.

As a Consultant, you will gain hands‑on experience, work alongside experienced professionals and support initiatives that help public sector organizations become more efficient, future‑ready and citizen‑focused.

In addition, you will support public procurement initiatives and other go‑to‑market activities that enhance EY’s visibility and reputation in the public sector.

Your Profile

You have:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Background in Public Management, Public Administration, Business Engineering, Business Economics, Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, Digital Innovation or a related field.
• Eager to step outside your comfort zone and make an impact in the Belgian public sector.
• Curious about how technology can address societal challenges.
• Strong affinity with AI and genuine interest in applying new AI trends in a professional context.
• Analytical, structured and eager to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative and proactive team player.
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Power BI, Confluence or similar tools is a plus.
• Fluent professional Dutch; English and/or French are considered an advantage.
