EY Consulting’s Digital Government practice is shaping public sector digital transformation across government and related agencies. As a Senior Consultant, you will contribute to delivering strategic and operational initiatives that translate ambitions into practical, citizen-focused outcomes.

You will collaborate with public sector leaders, IT teams and stakeholders to deliver meaningful change for citizens and institutions, while engaging in procurement activities and internal capability

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ideally 2–5 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, business analysis, IT, data, BI, architecture, service delivery, procurement or IT project management.
• Experience in or for the public sector is highly valued.
• Proactive mindset and strong motivation to contribute to EY’s Digital Government practice.
• Strong affinity with AI and interest in applying AI trends in a professional context.
• Strong communicator capable of explaining complex topics clearly and engaging with technical experts.
• Team player who can work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and presentations.
• Fluent Dutch (spoken & written); French and/or English are assets.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, your primary responsibility is to contribute to the delivery of digital transformation projects within the public sector.

In addition, you will support public procurement initiatives and other go-to-market activities that enhance EY's visibility and reputation in the public sector.You will also be able to participate in internal team development activities.Your Profile

You have:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ideally 2-5 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, business analysis, IT, data, BI, architecture, service delivery, procurement or IT project management.
• Experience in or for the public sector is highly valued.
• Proactive mindset and strong motivation to contribute to the growth of EY’s Digital Government practice.
