Denys NV in Ghent, Belgium, seeks a Legal Counsel with a Belgian Master in Law and at least 3 years in construction law, public procurement, or international contracts (FIDIC/NEC4). Fluency in Dutch, English and French is required.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate DBFM/EPC contracts, assess risk, support tender processes, and liaise with project teams across Europe to ensure compliant, timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Belgian Master in Law is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in construction law, public procurement, or international contracts (FIDIC/NEC4).
• Fluency in Dutch, English, and French.

Responsabilités

• Draft and negotiate DBFM and EPC contracts.
• Identify and mitigate compliance and contractual risks.
• Support tender processes and public procurement compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers across Europe.
