Job summary

Hannecard in the Town of Belgium, Wisconsin, is seeking a CNC Operator responsible for setting up and operating various CNC machines while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate may have experience with CNC machines, but motivated beginners are welcome. Responsibilities include measuring workpieces, resolving technical issues, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Job description

As a CNC operator, you are responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines (turning, milling, and grinding). You ensure the quality of the parts, work according to technical drawings, and independently resolve minor technical issues. You also maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Your responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (turning, milling, grinding)
• Clamp and unclamp workpieces
• Install, adjust, and change tools
• Measure and inspect workpieces according to drawings and applicable tolerances
• Resolve minor technical malfunctions and report issues
• Maintain the workplace and comply with safety regulations

Who are we looking for
