Job summary

Pluxee, Brussels-based, is seeking a Compliance Analyst to monitor regulatory adherence, assess risks, and guide colleagues in implementing compliant policies. You’ll report on compliance, support ISO follow-up, and help shape the Delegation of Authorities.

You will train staff, prepare regulatory reports, and enhance AML monitoring while collaborating in a multilingual, multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies conforming to the law.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues and incidents.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities.

• Follow-up ISO + Delegation of authorities.
• Implement monitoring to comply with AML regulations.

Your next challenge

As a Compliance Analyst You keep us on the right side of the rules. You monitor compliance, spot risks before they become problems, investigate issues with a detective’s eye, and turn regulations into clear, practical actions. You prepare reports, guide colleagues, support ISO follow-up, and help shape our policies and Delegation of Authorities. In short: you make sure we stay compliant, confident, and future‑proof.

Certifications Requirements:

• Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or equivalent preferred.
• Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Work Experience Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in compliance or a related field.

Languages: French & English are mandatory. Dutch is a plus.
