Michael Page in Brussels is seeking a Compliance professional to contribute to the development and monitoring of the compliance and risk framework within a highly regulated investment environment.

You will interact with senior stakeholders on strategic compliance matters and support AML/CFT activities, regulatory filings and due diligence across fund operations. English fluency is required; French/Dutch are valuable assets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance role.
• Experience within an AIFM, investment fund, private equity, asset management or another regulated financial services organisation.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are valuable assets.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance controls and risk management practices.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the compliance and risk framework.
• Monitor regulatory developments and support the implementation of new regulatory requirements.
• Oversee AML/CFT activities and participate in related control and reporting processes.
• Support interactions with regulators, supervisory authorities and regulatory filings.
• Assess and monitor outsourced service providers and ICT-related risks.
• Provide compliance support across fund operations, including investment monitoring and conflict assessments.
• Participate in regulatory analyses supporting new jurisdictions, fundraising activities and cross-border operations.
