Phillip Securities Pte Ltd seeks an HR and payroll professional to streamline operations, advise internal heads on HR matters, and support performance and remuneration reviews. The role focuses on enhancing competitiveness and driving digitalization of C&B processes.

You will process monthly payroll, maintain employee records, manage work passes and tax clearance, support annual reviews, benchmark data, and drive automation using RPA or AI tools.

Qualifications

• ,Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably with IHRP certification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience and knowledge of Employment Act
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous, self-driven, resourceful and able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of basic coding, AI adoption, and/or RPA is preferred and advantageous

Responsabilités

• Process monthly payroll
• Maintain up-to-date employee records in HR system
• Handle renewal of work passes and tax clearance for foreign employees
• Support annual performance and remuneration reviews
• Collate and analyse employment statistics and market data for benchmarking
• Review HR policies, staff welfare & benefits, and processes
• Review and improve C&B workflows through automation using RPA or AI tools
• Undertake or support other HR projects as assigned
