NISH Tech BV is seeking an experienced Software Solution Specialist – Communication Tools to join the Brussels-based Digital Workplace – Communication product area. You will support, configure, integrate, operate and continuously improve communication applications used across the organization.

You will work with Product Owners, technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure applications meet business requirements and deliver reliable user experiences.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with web technologies.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Sitecore, DotNetNuke, Unily.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 / Office 365.
• Experience planning, developing, operating and improving software applications.
• Experience with application integration and enterprise IT environments.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define and analyze functional and technical requirements for communication-focused software solutions.
• Configure applications according to customer and business requirements.
• Coordinate the implementation of requirements across existing applications and solutions.
• Initiate and contribute to software development and application enhancements.
• Integrate applications into the wider enterprise application and system landscape.
• Support application testing by preparing, executing and evaluating test scenarios.
• Support the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of applications.
• Identify opportunities to improve application functionality, usability and efficiency.
• Assist with license negotiations, SLA definition and supplier management.
• Advise key users on application best practices.
• Perform market analysis and fit-gap analysis to identify suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external IT providers to resolve application-related issues.
• Contribute to an Agile way of working and continuous improvement.
