Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Communications Consultant to transform marketing and scientific knowledge into AI-enhanced content. You will lead governance, develop AI workflows, and create reusable prompts and templates for consistent quality across channels.

The role requires 5+ years in communications, strong Generative AI expertise, and a Dutch C2 level. Part-time onsite in Mol, with flexible setup and potential for freelancers or permanent hires.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Communication Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI and developing AI workflows for content strategy.
• Proven copywriting experience across corporate, marketing or product content.
• Deep knowledge of content marketing, social media trends, and digital channels.
• Experience in creating and implementing internal communication plans.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.

Responsabilités

• Analyze existing marketing and scientific content for AI-enabled generation suitability.
• Develop a Proof of Concept for AI-driven content creation tailored to customer segments.
• Create reusable prompts, templates, and workflows for consistent quality across channels.
• Establish governance guidelines for tone, fact-checking, and human review in content creation.
• Lead inspiration sessions and hands-on workshops to train staff on AI tools.
• Provide strategic recommendations for integrating AI into marketing and business development.
