GO POP in Merelbeke, Belgium is looking for a motivated commercial employee to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be involved in processing quotes and orders, issuing invoices, and delivering top-notch customer service by phone and email.

You will also handle service and complaint resolution, contact suppliers for requests and purchases, and contribute to inventory management and revenue-boosting ideas.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde commerciële medewerker om ons team in Merelbeke voltijds te versterken.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

• offertes en orders verwerken;
• facturen maken;
• klantenservice – klantenadvies (via telefoon en email);
• verzorgen van service-en klachtenafhandeling;
• contact leveranciers : aanvragen en aankopen;
• voorraadbeheer;
• meedenken over commerciële, omzetverhogende initiatieven.
