Job summary

Unilever Food Solutions in Brussels is seeking a Commercial Trade Assistant to support Trade Account Managers for the Foodservice channel. You will help with promotion planning, content alignment, and commercial administration while analyzing sales performance and market data.

You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to revenue growth and market execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Marketing, Business Management, International Business, Commercial Economics, or similar.
• Around 2 years of experience in a commercial or sales support role or relevant internship.
• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is a must; French and English proficiency are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills in a project-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Trade Account Managers/team working with Foodservice wholesalers.
• Independently manage promotion planning, online content alignment, and commercial administration.
• Analyze sales performance, promotional results, forecasts, and market data; translate insights into actions.
• Maintain and update systems, reports, and commercial data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships; contribute to projects and market execution.
