CWSI is seeking a Commercial Support Executive to provide cross-market commercial and operational support from Brussels (hybrid) with flexibility to include UK and Ireland markets. You’ll manage orders, renewals and customer records in Salesforce, coordinate pricing and device enrolment, and assist with reporting and process improvements.

Ideal candidates will have CRM experience (Salesforce/Exact/Prestashop), excellent detail and organizational skills, and tri-lingual Dutch-English-French

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial support, sales administration, customer service, operations or order fulfilment.
• Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate customer, order or commercial records.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good commercial awareness of pricing, renewals or vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM and business systems; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate sales orders, renewals, customer quotations and related commercial administration.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, contract, order and asset information in Salesforce and other systems.
• Monitor order progress and respond to customer queries on delivery times, pricing, escalations and status.
• Coordinate device enrolment via Apple ADE and Samsung Knox, ensuring devices are enrolled before use.
• Administer webshop, mailbox, partner, vendor and supplier portal activity.
• Maintain contract records, delivery information, invoice references, serial numbers and IMEI details.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance to reconcile records and ensure accuracy.
• Support KPI reporting, financial monitoring and commercial reporting.
• Build relationships with customers, channel partners, vendors and colleagues across markets.
• Assist Director of Commercial with pricing initiatives, projects, process improvements and growth.
